Seven-Day Rotation

Chapter opening only · Exercises forthcoming

Before you begin: Choose exercises already comfortable enough to evaluate; a routine is not a requirement to attempt every advanced topic.

Chapter overview

Purpose: A week-long rotation gives each technical family a regular place without making a single session crowded. We will combine a small recurring core with a changing focus and a day for review in repertoire.

Preparation: Choose exercises already comfortable enough to evaluate; a routine is not a requirement to attempt every advanced topic.
