Purpose: This appendix will make the provenance of each repertoire excerpt inspectable. It will distinguish the composition, source edition, transcription, and this guide’s added annotations and fingerings.
Preparation: Use the corresponding teaching chapters first; these tables and indexes will serve as reference material.
