Chapter overview
Purpose: This study will place a leading line within a cross-rhythm. Correct alignment is the beginning; the musical task is to keep the melody recognizable while the supporting pattern maintains its own rhythm.
Preparation: Prepare the component skills in their individual chapters before combining them.
